My mantra is do what makes you happy, but for many of us we’re not always clear on what that is. We drown ourselves in shoulds and can’ts, or we listen to other people tell us how we’re meant to be… parents, partners, managers and even friends! Sound familiar?

My approach to coaching is to listen to you deeply, and ask you thought-provoking questions to support you along your journey. I believe you have all the answers and the power within you to get to where you want to be. I use my experience, intuition, creativity and coaching tools, to ask the right questions and help you get there. I believe coaching is an equal partnership based on a clear commitment, honesty and trust on both sides.

Coaching is very much forward-looking and goal focussed, it’s different to consulting, training, mentoring, counselling or psychotherapy.

After our coaching sessions, I want you to leave saying to yourself:

  • I feel confident “I can do this!”
  • I feel energised about my life and future possibilities
  • I feel empowered to be a woman and be true to myself

I’m a trained coach and member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and as such adhere to their stringent Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

The first thing we need to do is arrange a free 45-minute exploratory session. The purpose of this session is to discuss the area you would like coaching support with in more detail, including your expectations and desired outcome. The chemistry between us is extremely important and we can decide after this initial session whether we would like to work together. There is no obligation.

I practice in South Oxfordshire, where I work with the majority of my clients from various places in the UK via Zoom video calls. Alternatively face-to-face or walking sessions are available if you are more local.

Individual coaching sessions with me are available at £190 for 60 minutes and can be booked as needed. It’s important to note that most people come to coaching because they want change. Deep and lasting change is a process that takes time and commitment, therefore I’ve designed the following 3 and 6 months programs with a discounted rate depending on level of sessions.

Be You Level I – 3 month program

  • 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions (fortnightly)
  • Full telephone and email support for 3 months
  • A tailored program that explores who you are, looking at your values, what you want to achieve and how you can get there.
  • Personal action plan & tools to use beyond the coaching sessions


Be You Level II – 6 month program

  • 12 x 60 minute coaching sessions (fortnightly)
  • Full telephone and email support for 6 months
  • A tailored program that explores who you are in more depth looking at values and your life purpose or vision. We will look at how this relates to what you want to achieve, how to get there and what obstacles typically gets in your way
  • Personal action plan & tools to use beyond the coaching sessions
